Experience

Toni worked in various project management roles for Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, now IBM Business Consulting. In these roles she provided a broad range of Human Resources services to her corporate clients, including project and change management, performance management systems & training, executive coaching, design & implementation of assessment centres, career management, and remuneration & recruitment.

She also fulfilled the role of General Manager for the Open Learning Company, a Learning Profit Centre within the Fletcher Challenge group of companies. During Toni’s time, OLC’s service offering was extended to include executive assessment as well as executive coaching. Toni led the business to a three-fold increase in revenues.

Her clients include CEOs, COOs, high potentials and managers in sales, marketing, financial planning and IT. She has effectively facilitated mediation workshops for the Ministry of Education and Air New Zealand.

Toni’s coaching style is adaptable, caring and practical, getting quickly to the heart of the matter. Her commercial and not-for-profit experience give her a depth of understanding which helps her to quickly get on the same level as her coaching clients.
