Experience
Susan is an experienced business consultant and organisational psychologist, working in a range of industries across the public and private sectors in Australia and New Zealand. She has worked with senior management teams, business owners and boards on organisational restructures, organisational change and developing the capabilities of both individuals and groups. She has worked in and for private sector organisations (e.g. Hudson, Citibank, Fairfax Media), and over 30 public sector organisations (State and Commonwealth public sectors, Australian and New Zealand universities). She has researched and lectured in organisational behaviour, organisational change and strategic management.
Susan has both broad and deep experience in identifying issues and developing solutions resulting from organisational reviews and surveys.
She has practiced as a senior HR Manager with a major focus on managing changes to improve the selection, commitment and capability of people in organisations. She is experienced in helping teams and groups become more effective and productive.
Susan also has an extensive background in executive coaching with individuals and groups. She has postgraduate qualifications in coaching from the University of Sydney Coaching Psychology Unit and has coached hundreds of executives in the last seven years.
As well as postgraduate qualifications in executive coaching and adult education, Susan has Bachelors and Masters Degrees in industrial / organisational psychology. She is a registered psychologist and a member of the College of Organisational Psychology (Australian Psychological Society).
