Dr Steven Bannon is a registered psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in providing leadership development and executive coaching to enhance performance.

Steven’s success in enhancing performance stems from working with elite athletes competing in the Sydney, Turin and London Olympics. He has worked at a variety of sports institutes within Australia and globally, where he is involved in the preparation and enhancement of national athletes, coaches and world class programs.

Steven has been able to apply these principles to leadership and performance in the public, private and academic sectors, Steven provides coaching across middle management, senior and executive levels across a range of industries.

Working with individuals to expand their leadership capability, Steven coaches on manoeuvrability within challenging environments, achieving next steps in career progression, work/life balance, change management, leading through restructure, as well as conflict management, managing under-performance, increasing motivation and self-esteem and strategic planning.

Steven’s style is best described as insightful, unbiased, goal-focused and empathetic. He believes in teaching the skills for the situation, in encouraging people to achieve beyond their expectations and to bring those around them with them on the journey. In his spare time Steve enjoys family time, travelling, and collecting wine.
