Experience

Rosemary has 20+ years of human resource and organisational development consulting and management experience gained through working with blue chip and government/public sector clients in the UK, Europe, Southern Africa, and across Asia.

Rosemary’s career started in the UK where she was director of a London based assessment and development consultancy. She then moved to Hong Kong and joined HSBC as senior member of a specialist internal OD consulting team responsible for engineering a major culture change for the bank across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on delivering the bank’s corporate strategy through sustainable enhancement of business and individual performance management. She went on to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting to jointly head the Human Capital Solutions practice. During this time she managed a range of OD and large change management-related projects around SE Asia.

Since moving to Australia, Rosemary has worked both independently and as an associate to provide leadership and strategy development and coaching services for a wide range of clients. She has undertaken numerous individual and team coaching assignments; designed and facilitated a range of leadership workshops; and presented and coached on advanced leadership development programs in Australia, China and Singapore.

Rosemary derives particular enjoyment from coaching women in senior positions, and in coaching executives who have transitioned to a new cultural environment.
