Experience

Raechel began her career in business banking. Intrigued by the impact of organisational dynamics on workplace performance, she embarked on a Masters in Organisation Psychology. This led to a consulting career in transformational change with emphasis on strategic planning, culture change, people strategy, performance management, team and leadership development, and talent management.

In 2004 Raechel transitioned from management consulting, taking on the role of General Manager, Organisation Development at CSIRO.

Since then she has held a range of senior HR management roles with functional responsibility for Executive Development, Learning, Strategic HR and Organisational Development. Her most recent roles include Head of Partner Development at PwC, Manager Learning and Leadership Development at CSIRO, and National Manager, Leadership and Organisation Effectiveness at Foster's Group.

Raechel is a psychologist and organisation development specialist with over 16 years' experience coaching senior managers and leadership teams on a broad range of leadership challenges. She has a proven track record delivering sustainable performance improvements at the individual and organisational level. Her experience spans a range of industry sectors including professional and financial services, research and development, manufacturing, government and utilities.

As a coach Raechel is passionate about helping people reach their full potential. She takes a holistic approach to helping her clients enhance their leadership impact and is also known for helping them achieve significant improvements in mental focus, creativity, positivity and overall resilience.
