Experience

Paul has worked with leadership groups across several industries. These include retail groups such as Coles, to manufacturing brand companies such as Cadbury Schweppes, Foster's and Visy, to communication companies such as Telstra, to Franchise Groups such as Domino’s Pizza & Hotondo Homes as well as government bodies and local councils.

Paul started in the Justice Department as a parole officer and became the youngest manager of a correctional centre and then a regional manager. Paul has always had a passion for leadership and people development. After a period of private sector consulting work he joined Telstra as National Training Manager, helping to establish and grow the mobile phone business in the 1990s.

During this time Paul completed his qualifications to become a registered psychologist with a focus on organisational development, leadership and performance psychology. He has worked in the development and delivery of leadership programs and executive coaching services for over 15 years. Paul also worked with a team of colleagues to establish ANZ Bank in Cambodia, developing the management team and local staff for the future succession plan of the bank.

Paul has kept his relationships within the government sector and has facilitated leadership and team development workshops and executive coaching programs for federal, state and local governments.

Paul has a love of sport and has worked as a psychologist for AFL football clubs (Hawthorn and Western Bulldogs) and is currently working with the Melbourne Racing Club.
