Team Leaders is a company dedicated to developing front-line managers so that they become extraordinary leaders. Over the space of one year, participants are immersed in the management principles that make the biggest difference to employee engagement. Beginning with a one-day workshop, this year-long program is followed by monthly group mentoring sessions, monthly audio programs, fortnightly newsletters, books, and online forums. The program works best when it’s combined with the development of middle and senior managers by Whyte & Co coaches.
