Natarsha’s corporate experience includes working with high performance investment banking organisations and consulting across a range of industries. Natarsha has a combination of senior ‘people’ and ‘business’ experience - she has both grown businesses and the people within them. As an HR executive at Merrill Lynch, Natarsha was responsible for L&D across Australasia, HR leadership, talent management and acquisitions. As a business leader at Merrill Lynch, Natarsha developed a business plan, then grew the business from zero to $1 billion in incremental order flow. As a consultant, she planned and executed a successful business migration project, led elements of a major transformation initiative and developed an innovative people strategy for a start-up.
Natarsha has been coaching executives full time since 2002 and has a real depth of executive coaching experience to draw on. She has coached high potentials to C-level executives in Australia, Japan, China, India, the USA, parts of SE Asia and Europe.
Natarsha’s passion is coaching leaders and teams to tap their full potential. Her work consistently enables stronger performance and business results. She also enjoys helping executives strengthen their confidence, resilience, executive presence and interpersonal relationships as they step up to their next level of leadership.
