Experience

Mac has a strong Human Resources and Executive Management background having originally worked for ExxonMobil and then Dulux Australia where he was the HR Executive during a major acquisition. He has since been successfully consulting to organisations across a range of industries in the private and public sectors. He coaches at the CEO and senior level of many organisations and presents on Leadership Development Programs at the Melbourne Business School.

Mac is passionate about people optimising their performance and realising their full potential in the work environment. He strongly believes in the importance of open communication and the power of feedback in establishing more effective working relationships, building trust among team members and achieving improved business performance at the organisational, team and individual levels.

His approach to executive coaching is based on creating a relationship which encourages and supports self-examination and development, setting goals and executing a plan to achieve them.

His lifestyle interests revolve around family, golf, sailing, skii theatre and entertaining.
