Experience
Karen is a seasoned coach, change consultant, facilitator, trainer and programme designer.
She has been consulting to clients since 1999 following a successful career in strategic Human Resource and Learning & Development roles in Australia and internationally, over a 15 year period.
In the early nineties she fulfilled HR Manager roles for American Express Information Services Company, FDR in the UK, and for First Data Corporation (spun out of American Express) in Indianapolis, USA. Between 1994 and 1999 she was Vice President Human Resources, Learning & Development, for State Street Australia Limited, with responsibilities for the Asia- Pacific region.
Throughout her career Karen has coached her own teams as well as executives and managers at all levels to support their development and contribute to performance focused and values led cultures.
Karen’s approach is practical and her style open, direct and engaging. She has successfully partnered with many clients to implement change initiatives, increase individual and team effectiveness and achieve improved business results.
