Experience

Eugene has over 20 years’ experience in consulting and coaching, spanning various industries and sectors globally. He has held senior roles in Organisational Consulting and Human Capital including roles as a company director and program director for some of Australia’s leading business schools.

Eugene’s expertise is eclectic, broad and grounded in real life experience, covering strategic thinking, foresight, leadership, management, operational practices, change, teams, relationships, human development, organisational politics and dynamics. This experience, coupled with his sharp intuition, helps individuals to focus on making key changes to their practice and their life.

Along with his company-specific work, Eugene lectures in Organisational Change and Development and counselling and coaching within the graduate certificate in HR at Sydney Institute of Technology. He has designed and implemented integrated coaching and development interventions within a number of executive programs in organisations for the past 15 years.

His doctoral research is focused on assisting senior leaders in developing their capacity for managing complexity, uncertainty and change through the cultivation of deep thinking and reflective practice. Eugene is also a specialist in team-based coaching, working with teams within all layers of the organisation. More than 4,000 managers have benefited from his development and coaching interventions.

Eugene has two children and enjoys writing, reading, kayaking and yoga.
