Developing coaching skills
How do you go about building an effective in-house coaching skills program?
Respondents to our 2009 Survey told us that providing coaching skills programs for executives is the most common approach to developing the coaching capacity of leaders in the organisation. They also told us that these programs are not always effective.
We will build a customised program with you, looking for:
1. Existing processes that we can build our programs around (e.g. career development)
2. Time-efficient ways of getting some of your senior leaders involved
3. The context that will provide participants with a clear understanding as to the importance of coaching in your organisation
