Belinda is a psychologist, organisational development advisor, facilitator and executive coach who works with business leaders to develop sustainable strategies and structures that enable growth and the achievement of results.

With over 15 years’ experience, Belinda’s career has spanned health, corporate, manufacturing, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

She has held roles in clinical settings, leading IT and change programs, developing talent strategies, reshaping teams and business structures.

Belinda has worked in her own consulting business for 10 years with a focus on leadership development and enabling organisations to maximise productivity through effective people strategies. She is a skilled facilitator and has extensive experience in developing operational strategies, organisational design, project management, assessment of individuals and team capability, succession planning and getting the right people in the right roles.

As an executive coach Belinda is genuinely interested in helping individuals attain peak performance and understand their impact both in personal and professional situations. She believes that people need a clear understanding of how their work contributes and what they are accountable for delivering.

Belinda is a skilled facilitator and has extensive experience in developing operational strategies, organisational design and project management.

When working with groups she strives to draw on the wisdom of participants and stimulate dialogue. She is enthused by teams and enjoys seeing them exceed their expectations.
