Experience

Over a period of 15 years, Anne held strategic and operational human resources positions in a variety of organisations in the heavy engineering, pharmaceuticals, professional services and hospital sectors. Her most recent corporate position was with a US multinational with responsibility for Australia and New Zealand. Within this role, Anne also advised on learning and development programs for Asia Pacific companies and participated on a recruitment and selection committee based in the US head office. More recently, she has worked with organisations in leadership development, providing advice on people strategies, and actively supporting management teams during reorganisation, change and acquisition. She has delivered learning and development programs for the FMCG, heavy engineering, government and utilities sectors.

Her coaching style has evolved from her combination of commercial experience and psychology, augmented by postgraduate coaching qualifications which she is currently undertaking at the University of Sydney.

Anne has a passion for working with individuals by providing them with evidence-based coaching solutions to enhance their personal and professional development. Anne combines process skills with a tight focus on outcomes and deliverables and is well placed to combine the rigour of psychology with commercial experience.

Anne and her husband have a keen interest in thoroughbred racing and breeding despite having experienced the highs and lows of racehorse ownership.
