Experience
Anna is an organisational psychologist, trainer and executive coach. For the last 12 years she has worked as a consultant in management coaching and organisational development, organisational training and psychological assessment, as well as career coaching. Educated at the University of Queensland, she has worked with both the private and public sectors.
She has provided consulting and training services to both large and small companies, and state and federal government departments. She has worked at all levels from senior management to unskilled staff.
Her areas of expertise include leadership development, facilitation, psychological profiling and team effectiveness facilitation, human resource processes, organisation development, counselling and coaching.
Since 1998 Anna has been the Director and Principal Consultant of her own Organisational Psychology Consulting Practice. Before that she worked as a consultant for Morgan & Banks as a career coach and performance coach.
