Experience

Angela’s corporate experience includes roles in aviation, banking and finance, organisational psychology, human resources, advertising, sales, marketing, real estate, and IT.
During this time Angela realised that people who hold high-profile or senior positions have almost no opportunity to discuss, create, and build dreams, and that they are often not challenged or told the truth.

From this insight she developed a passion for coaching, establishing a reputation for providing truthful and supportive relationships, with a focus on guiding her coachees to build sustainable, ethical and socially responsible businesses, and happier, healthier lifestyles.

Angela has a longstanding relationship with Melbourne Business School and has contributed to developing MBS’s executive leadership development centre. She coaches internationally and teaches others to coach.

Angela works collaboratively with her clients to help them understand the roles they have chosen in their life and why. Using a positive psychology approach, she works with what is ‘right’ with her clients, rather than the typical ‘flawed human’ approach, and uses solution-focused, evidence-based interventions to support their goal development. She helps her clients to develop heightened self-awareness so they can challenge their own belief systems, share insights and support the change required to live life differently.

Aside from her coaching, Angela enjoys raising and supporting a family, travelling, remaining physically healthy and active, seeking knowledge and personal development, and living each day to its fullest.
